Danceify is operated by Ghaith Labs (“Danceify,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect information when you use the Danceify mobile application and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
By using Danceify, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy.

We do not sell your personal information.
We do not use your photos or videos for third-party advertising.
We do not use cross-app advertising identifiers or track you across unrelated applications and websites for advertising purposes.
Danceify uses third-party artificial intelligence infrastructure provided through Kie.ai to generate videos.
When you request a generation, Danceify may transmit the following information to the AI provider:
This processing is necessary to provide the video-generation feature.
According to Kie.ai's currently published retention information, media files processed by its service may be retained for up to 14 days, and task or log data may be retained for up to two months. These periods may change if the provider updates its services or policies.
Danceify stores a copy of generated media in its own Firebase infrastructure so that the video can remain available in your creation history.
Before transmitting a photo to the AI provider, Danceify may request your explicit consent. You may withdraw that consent by no longer submitting generation requests and by requesting deletion of your associated data.
We use service providers to operate Danceify.

RevenueCat manages subscription status and purchase verification. It may process purchase history, Apple receipt information, technical device information, application-specific user identifiers, locale, currency, and subscription activity.
Apple processes App Store purchases, subscription billing, refunds, device permissions, and related transaction information under Apple's own privacy terms.
These providers process information only to deliver their respective services, subject to their own contractual and legal obligations.
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes.
Our general retention practices are:

Where required, we rely on appropriate contractual, technical, or legal safeguards for international data transfers.

We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. A parent or legal guardian who believes that a child has submitted personal information may contact us at dydemiryasir@gmail.com to request deletion.
Users must not upload photos of children without permission from the child's parent or legal guardian.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of services that we do not control. You should review their policies before providing information to them.
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to Danceify, our service providers, applicable laws, or our data practices.
The updated policy will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request renewed consent.
