Danceify Terms of Use

1. Who can use Danceify

You must be at least 13 and meet the minimum age required in your country. If you are not old enough to accept these Terms yourself, your parent or guardian must give permission and accept them on your behalf. Danceify is not directed to children under 13.

2. The service and your account

Danceify creates AI dance videos from a photo and your selected style or instructions. You can watch approved results, save them, share a file and manage your creations. Generation depends on third-party services and may take time or fail.

The app uses Firebase Anonymous Authentication to associate an account identifier with your creations and purchases. Losing that identifier, reinstalling the app or changing devices may affect access to your creation history. Restoring an eligible purchase does not necessarily restore deleted files or an earlier anonymous account.

New generation requests require the AI-processing permission described in our Privacy Policy. Older app versions may need an update before they can submit a request. You can contact us about deletion or a safety concern without updating the app.

3. Permission to use a person's image

You must own the photo or have permission from its rights holder, and have permission from every identifiable person shown to use their image for AI animation. A publicly available photo, a relationship with the person or possession of the file does not by itself establish that permission.

Your intended use must also respect privacy, publicity, personality and intellectual-property rights. Do not submit a photo if permission to use the image is uncertain. Permission to animate an image does not automatically include permission to publish or commercially use the result.

4. Content and conduct rules

Do not use Danceify to submit, create or distribute:

• Nudity, sexually explicit or sexually suggestive content, including content involving consenting adults.
• Child sexual abuse material or any content that exploits, endangers or sexualizes a minor.
• Nonconsensual intimate imagery or content that violates a person's image rights or privacy.
• Harassment, humiliation, threats, hate, graphic violence or content that promotes exploitation or harm.
• Harmful impersonation, fabricated evidence, fraud, extortion or deceptive political manipulation.
• Material that infringes copyright, trademarks, music rights or other third-party rights.

Do not bypass moderation, account restrictions, purchase checks or usage limits, or use automation to overload the service. These rules apply to free use, trials, subscriptions and credit purchases. Payment does not make prohibited content permissible.

We may reject a request, hide or remove content, restrict generation or suspend an account when necessary to investigate misuse or enforce these Terms. Automated checks can make mistakes. A successful generation is not confirmation of a person's age, consent or the lawfulness of your use.

5. Reporting and review

Use Report an inappropriate result in the result screen menu, or email dydemiryasir@gmail.com. Include the creation identifier or relevant link when available. You do not need an account to report misuse of your image. Do not send illegal imagery or unnecessary identity documents.

An in-app report hides the creation pending review. A reviewer may remove the content, restrict the account or dismiss the report. Contact us through the same address if you believe a decision was mistaken. We may preserve limited records needed to investigate a report or comply with law.

Copyright holders or their authorized representatives can use the same email address for a copyright notice. Identify the protected work, the relevant creation or location, the right you hold, the alleged infringement and a way to contact you. We assess notices and take removal or restriction measures required by applicable law, including applicable legal deadlines. A report does not by itself establish ownership or require us to disclose another user's private data.

6. Your content and our permission to process it

You keep the rights you already hold in your photos and instructions. You give Ahmet Yasir Demir and the providers involved in your request a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, transmit, process and display that content as needed to generate and deliver the video, operate your library, investigate abuse and meet legal obligations. We do not claim ownership of your source photos.

This permission does not give us an unrestricted right to use your image for advertising. It ends when the relevant processing and deletion are complete, except for limited retention permitted by law or needed for security, reporting and transaction records. The Privacy Policy explains the separate treatment of provider copies and downloaded files.

AI output may contain errors, resemble other material or fail to follow your instructions. Review it before sharing. We do not guarantee that a result is accurate, unique, free of third-party rights or suitable for a particular commercial use. Do not present an AI animation as authentic evidence of a person's actions.

7. Free use, subscriptions and credits

Eligible users receive one free generation, with a Danceify watermark on the export. Danceify Pro is an automatically renewing weekly subscription. The current plan includes five generations during an eligible free trial and ten generations per paid subscription week, with watermark-free exports. Unused subscription allowance does not carry over to the next period. Additional generation credits are sold separately.

The purchase screen identifies the price, billing period, included allowance and any trial before you confirm. The allowance and available features shown for your offer govern that purchase. Subscription allowances and purchased credits are recorded separately. Your statutory rights remain unaffected by these purchase terms.

One-time credit packs

The current credit packs contain 5, 15 or 40 credits. Each credit covers one generation request with the settings offered by the app. These are consumable, one-time purchases: they do not renew automatically or start a Pro subscription. You do not need an active Pro subscription to use purchased credits. A creation funded by a purchased credit has a watermark-free export; this does not give you the recurring allowance or other entitlements of a Pro subscription. The App Store displays the localized price before you confirm payment.

The service uses available trial or subscription allowance first, then an eligible free generation, then purchased credits. Unused purchased credits do not expire. They remain available after a subscription ends while you retain access to the Danceify account holding them. Credits are for use within Danceify, cannot be transferred between users and are not redeemable for cash. This does not limit a payment refund or other remedy required by law.

Buying credits does not grant camera, photo-library or AI-processing permission and does not bypass content checks. Without AI permission, you cannot submit a new generation; declining or withdrawing that permission does not itself erase unused credits or cancel an Apple subscription.

Credits are attached to your Danceify account identifier. Deleting that account removes its remaining balance. A previously credited transaction is not credited again to a new account. Resolve a missing purchase or balance question with us before deleting the account; account deletion is not a payment-refund request and does not remove your statutory rights.

Trial availability and eligibility depend on the offer and Apple's rules. An eligible trial converts to the displayed paid subscription unless you cancel before it ends. If you are not eligible for the trial, Apple may charge you when you confirm the purchase. Confirm the trial duration, renewal price and billing date in Apple's purchase sheet.

Requests rejected by the input safety check do not use a generation. A request that fails later may have its generation allowance or credit restored after the backend confirms the failure. A credit-funded failure restores the credit to the same active account; subscription or trial allowance can only be restored within its original allowance period. A technical failure to receive a result is not necessarily confirmation that generation failed. This restoration concerns in-app usage and is separate from a payment refund.

8. Billing, cancellation and refunds

Apple processes iOS App Store payments. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled through your Apple account. Use Apple's subscription settings to view the renewal date and cancel before the next charge. Deleting the app or a Danceify account does not cancel the subscription.

Restore Purchases checks eligible subscriptions associated with the Apple account in use. Apple does not restore consumable credit packs through its restore-purchase mechanism; see Apple's purchase restoration guidance. An existing credit balance is held in your Danceify account, rather than recreated by Restore Purchases. Contact us with the transaction reference if a balance appears incorrect. Verification can take time after payment; do not buy the same pack again solely because the balance has not updated. We do not receive your full payment-card details.

App Store payment refunds are administered by Apple under its policies and applicable law. We cannot directly reverse an Apple charge. Submit a refund request through reportaproblem.apple.com. Nothing in these Terms removes a refund or other remedy you are entitled to under consumer law.

9. Withdrawal, deletion and account restrictions

You can withdraw AI permission in Profile. This blocks new processing and stops unfinished results from being released under that permission. It does not undo processing already performed or delete stored files. You can still access approved creations you own.

Deleting a creation removes its library entry and its stored source photo and video. If a file cannot be deleted, the operation may need to be retried. Contact us if you cannot remove a creation or need an older upload deleted.

Account deletion removes active account content from Danceify's Firebase systems. Limited security, safety-report and purchase records may remain. Provider copies, downloaded files and external shares have separate retention and deletion limits, described in the Privacy Policy. Deleted creation history cannot be restored through Restore Purchases.

We may restrict or end access for violations, fraud, threats to safety or a legal requirement. Do not create another account to evade a restriction. Contact us to question a restriction or request deletion of retained data. A restriction does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription.

10. App license and third-party rights

The Danceify app, branding, interface and original materials are owned by or licensed to Ahmet Yasir Demir. You may use the app in accordance with these Terms and the applicable App Store license. You may not redistribute the app, remove ownership notices or access the service through unauthorized means. Restrictions on copying or reverse engineering do not override rights provided by law or an applicable open-source license.

The iOS app is also subject to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Ahmet Yasir Demir provides the app and support; Apple is not responsible for providing maintenance or support for Danceify. Any rights Apple has under the applicable license remain in effect.

11. Availability and changes

The service depends on network access, cloud infrastructure and AI providers. We may maintain, update or restrict features for security, legal or operational reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every request will succeed. Changes to paid features must respect existing purchase terms and applicable consumer rights.

12. Responsibility and your legal rights

You are responsible for obtaining the rights to submit and use your content. Ahmet Yasir Demir remains responsible for operating the service. Except for rights and guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded, the service is provided as available, without a promise that output will be accurate, unique or suitable for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. This does not exclude liability for fraud, deliberate wrongdoing, negligence where liability cannot be excluded, or any other responsibility imposed by law. Mandatory consumer protections and any right to bring a claim before your local competent courts remain unaffected.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms when the service or applicable requirements change. We will update the date above and provide additional notice or request acceptance where required. A revision does not remove rights that already apply to a purchase or replace consent needed for a new use of personal information.
