Bee: Baby Tracker (“Bee”) is operated by Ghaith Labs (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy explains what the Bee iOS app, its widgets and Lock Screen timer (together, the “App”) collect, where it goes, and the choices you have.
In short: the care history you record belongs to your family and is shared only with the people in your Hive. We collect what the App needs to work, we do not sell it, we do not show ads, and we do not track you across apps or websites.
The App does not access your location, contacts, photo library, camera, microphone, health data from other apps, or advertising identifier.
For preparation items you may choose to answer questions such as “did you buy it, how many, was it enough?”. These answers are stored without your account or Hive and are only ever shown to other parents as totals, once at least 50 families have answered. Answering is optional.
Bee is not a medical service. It remembers and summarizes what you record; it does not diagnose or give medical advice.
Everything you record is shared with the people you invite into your Hive. A caregiver you add sees your baby's care, but not your preparation lists, doctor notes or Hive settings.
Provides authentication, the database, cloud functions, push messaging, analytics, crash reporting and remote configuration. Your Hive's data is stored in the European Union. Google's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
Distributes the App, delivers notifications and provides Sign in with Apple, under its own privacy terms.
We do not sell or rent your information or share it with advertisers or data brokers. We disclose information only when the law requires it.
Bee keeps a copy of your data on your iPhone so it works offline. Widgets, Siri shortcuts and the Lock Screen timer show recent care facts, such as the last feed and your baby's name.
We keep your data while your account exists. When you delete your account, your sign-in is deleted and you are removed from every Hive. A Hive with no members left is deleted entirely. In a Hive that still has members, the shared history stays with that family, shown as from a member who has left. Anonymous checklist answers cannot be linked back to you, so they remain part of the totals. Backups held by our providers expire on their normal schedule.
Bee is made for parents and caregivers, not for children to use. Information about a baby is entered by their parents or caregivers, who control it and can export or delete it at any time.
Depending on where you live, including under the GDPR and Turkey's Law No. 6698 (KVKK), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your information, object to processing, and complain to a data-protection authority. Contact yasir@kraftlayer.com.
If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we will update the date above and let you know in the App.
