Bee Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Bee: Baby Tracker app, its widgets and Lock Screen timer (the “App”), operated by Ghaith Labs (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By using Bee, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you downloaded Bee from the App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Not Medical Advice

Bee remembers, coordinates and summarizes what you record. It does not diagnose, give medical advice, or say whether an amount or pattern is normal. Community totals describe what families reported; they are not recommendations. If you are concerned about your baby's health, contact your doctor, midwife or local health service. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.

2. Eligibility

You must be an adult, or of legal age where you live, to use Bee.

3. Your Hive

• Anyone you invite to your Hive can see and add to its shared history. Invite only people you trust.
• Remove people from the Hive screen when they should no longer have access.
• Keep your phone and Apple ID secure. Actions taken from your account are treated as yours.

4. Your Content

What you record stays yours. You allow us to store, sync and process it only to run Bee for you and your Hive, as described in the Privacy Policy. Checklist answers you choose to share may be published as anonymous totals.

5. Acceptable Use

Do not misuse Bee: do not try to access other families' data, interfere with the service, reverse engineer it beyond what the law allows, or use it for anything unlawful.

6. Paid Features

Core tracking, two-parent sync, handoff and basic preparation are free. If optional paid features are offered, their price and terms will be shown before you buy, and purchases are handled by Apple under its terms.

7. Availability and Changes

We work to keep Bee reliable, and it keeps working offline, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. If you rely on a record, keep it elsewhere too. We may change or discontinue features; if we shut Bee down, we will give reasonable notice so you can export your data.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Bee is provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made based on what is recorded in the App. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.

9. Ending

You can stop using Bee and delete your account at any time from Profile → Privacy & data → Delete account. We may suspend access if these Terms are seriously breached.

10. Changes and Contact

If we change these Terms in a meaningful way, we will update the date above and let you know in the App. Questions: yasir@kraftlayer.com.
