These terms govern Namaz Vakti, provided by Ahmet Yasir Demir operating under the Ghaith Labs name. Use is also subject to applicable Apple service and licence terms. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

1. Scope of the service
Namaz Vakti provides prayer times, Qibla guidance, Quran and supplication reading, dhikr, personal worship records and optional reminders. Availability depends on device, operating system, location and content coverage. No account is required.
The app is an independent aid, not an official religious authority’s app, a personalised fatwa service or a guarantee of exact agreement with an official local timetable.
2. Prayer times, Qibla and calendar accuracy
Prayer times depend on the selected location, time zone, calculation method and provider data. GPS uncertainty, reference points for manually selected places, method differences, device time and seasonal conditions can affect results. Local official timetables may differ. Select an appropriate place and method and check authoritative local sources when material differences arise.
Qibla depends on your device compass and location; metal surfaces, magnets and sensor calibration can affect direction. Religious-calendar data may be unavailable outside supported years or regions. Offline coverage depends on previously downloaded records.
3. Religious content and calculation tools
Quran text and translations come from the relevant editions and providers. Translations communicate meaning and may differ in wording. Daily readings may be excerpts or meaning summaries and should be read with their source references. Supplications and guidance do not replace individual religious advice.
The zakat tool applies your inputs and stated assumptions. It does not provide live market prices, investment advice or an individual religious ruling. Report content or source errors with the relevant screen, edition and reference.
4. Notifications, widgets and Apple Watch
Reminders are optional. Permissions, silent/Focus settings, volume, operating-system limits and device state can affect delivery. Local reminders are scheduled for a limited future period; leaving the app unopened for a long time can affect later reminders. Continuous, indefinite or always-audible alerts are not guaranteed.
Widgets, Live Activities and Apple Watch views depend on system refresh rules and the most recently shared data. Open the app and check information after changing location, method or time zone. A Live Activity ended by the system is not guaranteed to remain available.
5. Local records and backups
Worship records are stored on your device. Uninstalling, device loss, storage failures or an incorrect restore can cause data loss. We do not keep a recoverable account backup on our servers. Use the export tools for records you wish to retain and store backups securely.
Exported files and clipboard text may contain personal records. Review them before sharing. Restoring may overwrite existing values for the same records. Third-party backup services apply their own terms.
6. Advertising and third-party services
Google AdMob advertising supports Namaz Vakti. These terms do not establish a subscription, automatic renewal or a paid-content commitment. Carrier/data charges may apply. The Privacy Policy explains advertising choices and processing.
Advertised products and services are supplied by their advertisers; display is not our endorsement or quality guarantee. Transactions through an ad are subject to the relevant seller’s terms. Online prayer-time and Quran providers may change their services or experience outages.
7. Licence and acceptable use
You may use the app for personal purposes on compatible devices under applicable Apple licence terms. Software, original design and brand rights belong to their respective owners. Third-party content, fonts and open-source components retain their own licences. We do not claim exclusive rights over sacred texts or third-party editions.
Do not abuse services, bypass security controls or violate provider access limits. Subject to legal exceptions, do not redistribute the software without permission or infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights.
8. Responsibility, changes and contact
We aim to provide the service with reasonable care but cannot guarantee error-free operation on every device, absolute calculation accuracy, uninterrupted access or protection against all data loss. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be limited or remove mandatory consumer protections and local remedies.
The app, content coverage and these terms may change over time. Material changes receive notice or consent where applicable rules require it. Send questions, corrections and disputes to the contact above. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or a blanket waiver of consumer rights.
