How do I invite someone to my pact?

Open the pact and share its invite link. When they open it, Pactly takes them straight to the invite after they sign in.

I'm not getting notifications.

Check that notifications are allowed for Pactly in your device settings, and that quiet hours in Profile are not covering the time you expect them.

Can the organizer see my private details?

Your email, account settings, and private messages between other members are not visible to the organizer. Organizers can see shared pact activity and may receive inactivity reminders about you, including when your selected recipient list is empty or you have been inactive for longer. These reminders can identify you and describe your inactivity; the current App has no option to prevent all organizer reminders while you remain in the pact. See the Privacy Policy for details.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile → Privacy & Account and choose Delete account. Your profile, settings, memberships, check-ins, and sent and received private encouragements are removed during the deletion request, without a 30-day waiting period. Shared pacts with other members remain. Safety evidence, historical analytics, feedback, and provider records are handled separately as explained in the Privacy Policy.

Account deletion is available immediately and does not cancel an Apple subscription. Manage or cancel subscriptions separately in your App Store account settings.

How do I report or block someone?

Open the content or member menu in a pact and choose Report content or Block member. Reports include a copy of the relevant content for safety review; the reported member cannot see who reported it. Blocking leaves all pacts you share with that member and removes your history from those pacts. You can also contact us at the email address above.
