Pactly Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Pactly app (the “App”), operated by Ghaith Labs (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By creating an account or using Pactly, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Pactly.

If you are below the age of majority in your country, you may use the App only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time from Profile in the App.

3. Pacts and Your Content

You keep ownership of the pact names, goals, notes, and messages you create. You give us a limited license to store and display that content to the members of your pacts so the App can work.

Content you post in a pact is visible to its members. Only invite people you trust, and do not share sensitive personal information in notes or messages.

Pactly is a tool for encouragement. It is not medical, financial, or professional advice, and you are responsible for the goals you choose.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Harass, shame, threaten, or bully other members;
  • Post content that is unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, or infringes the rights of others;
  • Impersonate another person or misuse invite links;
  • Send spam, or attempt to access accounts or pacts that are not yours;
  • Reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the App or its servers, except where the law allows.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these Terms. You can report abuse at dydemiryasir@gmail.com.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its name, logo, design, animations, and code, is owned by Ghaith Labs or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Changes and Availability

We may update, change, or discontinue any part of the App at any time. The App requires an internet connection, and some features may require an updated version.

7. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the App, notifications, or reminders will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ghaith Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws.

9. App Store Terms

If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, you also agree to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. If you downloaded it from Google Play, Google Play's terms also apply.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
