Pikoza Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Pikoza mobile game (the “Game”), operated by Ghaith Labs (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By downloading or playing Pikoza, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to play Pikoza.

If you are below the age of majority in your country, you may use the Game only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.

2. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and play the Game on devices you own or control, for non-commercial entertainment purposes.

3. Virtual Items and Rewards

The Game may include in-game coins, boosters, stars, and other virtual items earned through play or optional rewarded ads. Virtual items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred or sold.

Progress is stored on your device. Deleting the Game or changing devices may result in loss of progress.

4. Advertising

The Game is free and supported by ads. Rewarded ads are always optional and grant exactly the reward shown before you watch. The Game can be completed without watching any ad. Ads are provided by third parties, and we are not responsible for third-party ad content or the products they promote.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized software to modify the Game;
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the Game, except where the law allows;
  • Interfere with ads, including generating fraudulent ad impressions or clicks;
  • Use a nickname that is offensive, misleading, or infringes the rights of others;
  • Use the Game for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual Property

The Game, including its name, logo, artwork, music, sound effects, levels, and code, is owned by Ghaith Labs or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Changes and Availability

We may update, change, or discontinue any part of the Game at any time. Some features may require an internet connection or an updated version.

8. Disclaimer

The Game is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Game will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ghaith Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of progress or virtual items, arising from your use of the Game. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws.

10. App Store Terms

If you downloaded the Game from the Apple App Store, you also agree to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. Apple is not responsible for the Game or its content. If you downloaded it from Google Play, Google Play's terms also apply.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Game after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
