PodTalk Community Guidelines

1. Where these standards apply

These standards apply to prompts, uploaded material, generated podcasts and stories, public profiles, comments and content shared through PodTalk. They supplement the Terms of Use. Generating content privately does not exempt it from these standards or the AI providers’ restrictions.

2. Prohibited content and conduct

• Sexual exploitation of children, grooming, trafficking or instructions that facilitate exploitation.
• Nonconsensual intimate material, sexual impersonation or sharing private information to intimidate or harm someone.
• Credible threats, encouragement of violence, targeted harassment or hateful attacks against protected groups.
• Scams, deceptive endorsements, impersonation, malicious instructions or attempts to conceal illegal activity.
• Material that infringes copyright, privacy, publicity or other rights; a document’s availability online does not give permission to upload or redistribute it.
• Spam, abuse of reporting tools, bypassing quotas or bans, or attempts to disable provider safety measures.

3. Use AI outputs responsibly

Check outputs for factual errors, source omissions and harmful statements before sharing them. Do not present a generated script as a verified quotation or synthetic speech as a recording of a real person. Baby and child story options do not guarantee age-appropriate results: an adult should review a story before playing it to a child.

AI services have age and use restrictions. Do not include a child’s identifying information or other people’s confidential records in a request. Generated material is not professional advice or an emergency service.

4. Publishing and comments

Public-feed publication is controlled by moderation privileges in the current implementation. Respect other users when commenting. Do not assume a private episode is confidential from the processors needed to create it, and do not assume a shared file or link can be recalled after someone copies it.

5. Reports, feedback and blocking

Report an episode through its options menu or a user through their profile. Reports are stored for review; general suggestions and app problems belong in Settings → Send feedback. You can block an author and manage the block list in Settings, although filtering does not cover every app view.

To report a comment, a serious safety issue or a concern that cannot be submitted in the app, email dydemiryasir@gmail.com. Include the affected content, identifier or link and a concise explanation. For a rights complaint, identify the work or right you hold and the allegedly infringing content. Do not send illegal sexual images as evidence.

6. Enforcement and review requests

The operator can restrict an account, prevent further generation or commenting, suspend an episode and remove public content or comments. The response depends on the nature of the issue; these guidelines do not promise a particular warning sequence, automatic strike count or response deadline.

If you believe a decision is mistaken, email dydemiryasir@gmail.com with the relevant account/content details and supporting explanation. We do not guarantee reinstatement. Reporting and provider safeguards reduce risk but do not ensure every violation is detected before publication.
