Save It Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Save It app and its Share Extension (the “App”), operated by Ghaith Labs (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By using Save It, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Save It.

If you are below the age of majority in your country, you may use the App only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Your Library

Save It does not require an account. Your saves and Spaces are stored on your device, and you are responsible for them. The App has no cloud backup: deleting the App, using Delete all local data, or losing your device removes your library, and we cannot restore it.

3. Your Content

You keep all rights to what you save. To file a save, you let us send its link, title, and text, and your Space names, to our organizing service and its providers, as described in the Privacy Policy, only to return a filing decision.

Links you save point to third-party websites and content that we do not control or endorse. Saving a link does not give you any rights to that content, and you are responsible for how you use it.

4. Automatic Organizing

Save It files saves automatically, and it can be wrong. When it is unsure, or when the organizing service is unavailable, a save goes to Inbox. You can move any save at any time, and your choice is kept. Page titles, descriptions, and images come from the source websites and may be missing or inaccurate.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App or its service for anything unlawful;
  • Send automated or excessive requests, or try to get around usage limits;
  • Use our service to access pages or systems you are not allowed to access;
  • Reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the App or its servers, except where the law allows.

We may limit or block access to the organizing service when it is misused.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its name, logo, design, animations, and code, is owned by Ghaith Labs or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Changes and Availability

We may update, change, or discontinue any part of the App at any time. Saving and browsing work offline; organizing and page details need an internet connection and may be paused or limited.

8. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the App or its organizing will be uninterrupted, accurate, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ghaith Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws.

10. App Store Terms

Because you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, you also agree to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
